v0.9 Initial

Welcome to the initial release of Verse! 

Take Star Wars and turn up the dial. Take it further into the future and make it bigger! 

Characters are very capable and rarely hard fail. And getting into combat is dangerous, but the PCs can easily chew through minions. 

What makes it different: 

• Relics: artifacts that allow PCs to create freeform magic based upon the relic's theme (you generate thousands of random relics)
• AI: the PCs can bind AIs that grant them superhero/OSR class abilities 

Simple mechanics:

• Dash (slimmed down Forged in the Dark) for skills
• Into the Odd for combat
